Come and experience our Spring iteration of the fan-favourite Winter Vineyard Adventure, which has returned by popular demand with a new hands-on component! This unique and memorable winter experience combines the joys of sipping sparkling wine with the slower pace of life in the Gaspereau Valley. Great for groups, both big and small! 

EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS

A hands-on experience: Participate in creating your own seasonal grapevine wreath to take home with you.

Vineyard walk to private setting: Escape into the vineyard on a journey with your dedicated host. Enjoy a short 500m walk through the vineyard until you reach our scenic river landing with seating.

While cozying up around a fire, enjoy a glass of wine, a warm beverage or an alcohol-free option and a house-made snack. 

Gain winemaking insights from our team: Learn about our distinct winemaking process and the story of Benjamin Bridge. We’ll talk about the vineyard, its life cycle, and Nova Scotia’s unique terroir, all while taking in the view of the rushing Gaspereau River. 

Scenic nature trails: On your way back to the winery, choose from intersecting walking trails to enjoy up to 2km of our picturesque vineyard.

AVAILABILITY AND BOOKING

Mid-November through March, Friday to Sunday, at 1pm & 2pm

Please note: this outdoor experience requires walking on uneven terrain through our working farm so we request that you wear appropriate footwear. If mobility assistance is required, please contact us at visit@benjaminbridge.com ahead of booking. Due to certain aspects of this tour and being a very hands-on experience, we highly recommend this experience to adults aged 19+ only, and request that guests refrain from bringing pets.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event of poor weather: We will be offering an alternative guided tasting experience in one of our indoor tasting areas, which will include 3 of our favorite traditional method sparklings paired with locally sourced charcuterie. Guests are welcome to move their bookings or cancel up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations received more than 48 hours in advance will receive a complete refund.

BEFORE & AFTER YOUR TASTING

For travel time, we are located just outside Wolfville, 75 minutes from Halifax, Nova Scotia.

After your tasting, you can visit our on-site wine shop to purchase our wines and merchandise, or have a seat on our new wine terrace to enjoy more of our wines by the glass or bottle while overlooking the gentle slopes of our vineyard.
