An elegant, rich, and powerfully terroir-driven wine produced in allyship with Glooscap First Nation. From varietal selection to blending and label design, this still rosé was developed through many thoughtful conversations as together, we tasted and explored how our collaboration should look.

Tidal Bay

Often described as Nova Scotia in a glass, our expression of our region's signature appellation wine is a lively, aromatic, crisp white blend. The perfect pairing with our province's hallmark seafood fare, each Tidal Bay must meet a rigorous set of qualitative and stylistic standards, ensuring our unique terroir is upheld and reflected in these one-of-a-kind wines.

Nova 7

Nova Scotia’s favourite wine made with a blend of Muscat, Ortega, Riesling, Geisenheim, l’Acadie, and Vidal. Distinct aromatics in harmony with refreshing and vibrant natural acidity make Nova 7 a complex and delicate thirst quencher.

Pet Nat

Pétillant Naturel, the ancestor of all sparkling wines, sees the least intervention of any wine during its creation. A wild-fermented, raw, and living wine, our Pet Nat displays a beautiful, hazy golden colour in the glass when poured. Its cloudiness comes from fermentation sediments, a desirable outcome of this natural style.

NV Brut

NV Brut is our in-house classic, layering richness from the older reserve wines with the vibrancy of young vintages. A non-vintage sparkling wine featuring a house style with blending components from our inaugural 2002 vintage, this handcrafted sparkling wine offers a true taste of our history. The palate is luscious and well-complemented by its intensity and vibrancy.

NV Rosé

NV Rosé captures the intriguing qualities of our Maritime climate, embodying our terroir’s unique ability to offer freshness, richness, minerality, and salinity all at once. Sibling to our NV Brut, this méthode classique sparkling sets itself apart with a hint of pink resulting from a skin soak of its Pinot Noir component, a slightly higher dosage, and a fruit-forward profile.
