Sales and Hospitality Assistant

With this role, you will work with various members of the team to assist in day-to-day operations, including but not limited to: hosting wine tastings; administrative tasks; retail sales; and miscellaneous office tasks.

Duties:

Your role may include, but is not limited to:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all guests
  • Host tastings, serve wine by-the-glass, retail shop sales, greeter & sanitation
  • Provide and ensure that an exemplary level of customer service is met
  • Assist in maintaining our culinary garden
  • Assist with planning, setup & teardown, as well as working weddings and events
  • Opening/closing duties to set each day up for success
  • Assist our e-commerce team with the packing and delivery of local/city orders
  • Administrative tasks and other tasks, such as inventory counting, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Basic computer skills for managing reservations and processing payments.
  • Driver’s License required
  • Bilingual is considered an asset
  • Must be over the age of 19.
  • This position would begin in May 2026

Work Location: In person 

Expected Hours: 32/week

While this position is seasonal, there may be permanent opportunities available.
