The Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS) plays a vital role within Benjamin Bridge's small marketing team. The DMS is responsible for helping to maintain our brand and reaching our revenue and growth goals by executing on marketing-related deliverables according to strategic plans. The DMS is also responsible for strategizing with other team members and creating content to aid in the success of marketing campaigns.
Roles & Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Email marketing - Creating and optimizing email marketing content as directed by the department's Head of Marketing
- Social media - Creating and optimizing social media content as directed by the department's Head of Marketing
- Analytics - Monitoring, measuring and reporting on the department’s digital marketing channels, and using those metrics to help create and inform future strategy in conjunction with the Head of Marketing and other marketing team members
- Social media engagement and customer care support - Monitoring the company's social media channels, handling customer care and customer service issues
- Email monitoring support - Monitoring the department's main point of contact (marketing@benjaminbridge.com), replying to inquiries, and sharing tasks with the appropriate team members
- Supporting other departments (hospitality, e-commerce, sales, vineyard, and production) on an occasional and as-needed basis
Position Requirements:
- Highly organized and detailed oriented
- Ability to work efficiently and manage deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team
- Experience and/or education in marketing or communications is required
- Experience with copywriting and email marketing, in particular, using Klayvio or another email marketing and automation software, is required
- Experience with creating content for and managing engagement on social media platforms, in particular, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, is required
- Experience with Google Anayltics, Shopify Meta Ads, SEO, and/or graphic design, is/are considered assets but are not required
- Experience in the wine, beverage and/or tourism industries is considered an asset but are not required

You will be working with a senior manager, Head of Wholesale, and senior sales team members. If you enjoy engaging with people and travelling Atlantic Canada this is the role for you.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing on-premise accounts, retailers and partners
- Plan and action a daily schedule for calls and in-store visits
- Lead sales training for any retail, on-premise or additional partners
- Coordinate and lead off-site events, trade shows and consumer tastings
- Controls business expenses in collaboration with the manager
- Travel within market and occasionally out of the province

Brand Ambassador/ Tasting Leader (Newfoundland) | Posted August 21, 2023
The role of Brand Ambassador is a year-round, casual position.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Preparing the tasting station with the given products to be displayed. (Information, coasters, postcards, etc.)
- Taking photos of the display to provide to sales lead.
- Communicating any issues, concerns or questions directly to sales lead.
- Engaging, attracting, and intercepting customers to promote brand awareness.
