As a Packer/Shipper, you will be responsible for carefully assembling, packing, and shipping orders to ensure our customers receive their orders in perfect condition. This role requires efficiency, accuracy, and a commitment to upholding our quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities
Your role may include, but is not limited to:

Order Packing & Fulfillment:

  • Assemble and pack customer orders with accuracy and care, ensuring proper handling of all products.
  • Label and prepare shipments according to company and carrier guidelines.
  • Inspect packaging materials and report any shortages or quality concerns.

Shipping & Logistics Coordination:

  • Process shipments using our order management system.
  • Work closely with courier partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Maintain an organised and efficient shipping area.

Inventory & Quality Control:

  • Assist with inventory counts and ensure proper stock rotation.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies in inventory or packaging.
  • Handle incoming packaging materials and supplies, ensuring quality and consistency.

Cross-Departmental Support:

  • Provide support to the Production team during peak seasons such as bottling and harvest.
  • Offer general support in production areas, including helping with product organisation, purchase orders, and quality control checks.
  • Potential for supplemental delivery driver support as needed.

Position Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry boxes (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills for order processing (training provided).
  • Prior experience in shipping, warehousing, or fulfillment is an asset but not required.


Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32-40 per week

Sales and Hospitality Assistant, Gaspereau (Nova Scotia) | Posted January 30, 2025

With this role, you will work with various members of the team to assist in day-to-day operations, including but not limited to: hosting wine tastings; administrative tasks; retail sales; and miscellaneous office tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities
Your role may include, but is not limited to:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all guests
  • Host tastings, serve wine by-the-glass, retail shop sales, greeter & sanitation

Brand Ambassador/Tasting Leader - Halifax Metro (Nova Scotia) | Posted October 22, 2024

Roles & Responsibilities:

  •  Preparing the tasting station with the given products to be displayed. (Information, coasters, post cards, etc.) 
  • Taking photos of the display to provide to sales lead.
  • Communicating any issues, concerns or questions directly to sales lead.
  • Engaging, attracting, and intercepting customers to promote brand awareness. 
  • Responsibly distributing complimentary samples. Being comfortable asking for ID when necessary.
