Marketing Coordinator (16-Month Term) | Posted April 9, 2025
The Opportunity:
We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team for 16 months of maternity leave coverage. As the Marketing Coordinator, you'll serve as the Marketing Manager's right hand, providing crucial support to our small marketing department. This role combines creativity, organization, and communication to keep our marketing initiatives running smoothly.
Roles & Responsibilities
Your role will include but is not limited to:
- Administrative & Organizational Tasks: Maintain internal systems, including the department's calendar, file-sharing system, procedural documents, marketing workbooks, media and press archive, and other critical resources.
- Data Entry & Analysis: Review and analyze marketing data collection points regularly to provide actionable insights that inform team strategy and decision-making.
- Financial Record-Keeping Support: Submit purchase orders, receipts, and other financial documentation to the accounting department while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Email Monitoring: Manage the department's primary contact inbox, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and route tasks appropriately to team members.
- Social Media Community Management, Engagement, & Customer Care: Monitor brand social channels, address customer inquiries and feedback, and foster meaningful community engagement.
- Social Media Content Creation: Develop compelling and on-brand content for Benjamin Bridge social media platforms that drives engagement and supports marketing objectives.
- Email Marketing Support: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Specialists to create effective email campaigns that communicate brand values and promotions.
- Brand Ambassador & Event Support: Represent Benjamin Bridge at industry events and brand activations, engaging with attendees to enhance brand visibility and customer relationships.
- Marketing Shipments: Coordinate and oversee the delivery of all marketing-related materials, including PR packages, media kits, and customer care shipments.
- Cross-Departmental Support: By nature of our small farm winery business, supporting our other departments (hospitality, e-commerce, sales, vineyard, and production) may be required on an occasional and as-needed basis.
Position Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and/or education in marketing, communications and content creation is required
- Experience in the wine, beverage and/or tourism industries is considered an asset but not required
- In-person work at both our Gaspereau Valley winery and Berwick office will be required on a weekly basis
- Primary working hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend commitments for special events and brand representation
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be at least 19 years of age

As a Packer/Shipper, you will be responsible for carefully assembling, packing, and shipping orders to ensure our customers receive their orders in perfect condition. This role requires efficiency, accuracy, and a commitment to upholding our quality standards.Roles & Responsibilities
Your role may include, but is not limited to:
Order Packing & Fulfillment:
- Assemble and pack customer orders with accuracy and care, ensuring proper handling of all products.
- Label and prepare shipments according to company and carrier guidelines.
- Inspect packaging materials and report any shortages or quality concerns.
Shipping & Logistics Coordination:
- Process shipments using our order management system.
