Each vintage, our signature Cab Franc Rosé is crafted from the oldest planting of Cabernet Franc in Nova Scotia, favourably located on the upper section of our vineyard on the Habitant Estuary. After 25 harvests, this most resilient parcel is now more vibrant than ever. Having successfully made it through many threats, from hurricanes to frost, it can now express the complexity and textures that only older vines can provide. In the uncompromising spirit of our low-intervention ethos, the grapes were handpicked, hand sorted and subsequently wild fermented to ensure the most transparent and authentic expression of these unique old vines.
