WINEMAKER'S TASTING NOTES

In the glass, a blush hue with glistening highlights. The bouquet immediately unveils a captivating medley of orange blossom and fresh lychee with hints of white peach and rose. On the palate, a generous wave of ripe apricot and tangerine zest is anchored by a crisp minerality. The acidity is bright yet seamless, energizing the lush frozen texture, leading to a clean, lingering finish when savoured as a Frosé.

What began as an experiment on our Gaspereau Valley wine terrace last summer quickly became the season's sensation.
