WINEMAKER'S TASTING NOTES

In the glass, a blush hue with glistening highlights. The bouquet immediately unveils a captivating medley of orange blossom and fresh lychee with hints of white peach and rose. On the palate, a generous wave of ripe apricot and tangerine zest is anchored by a crisp minerality. The acidity is bright yet seamless, energizing the lush frozen texture, leading to a clean, lingering finish when savoured as a Frosé.

What began as an experiment on our Gaspereau Valley wine terrace last summer quickly became the season's sensation. Now, by overwhelming demand, we're bringing this extraordinary experience directly to your home freezer.
