Fall is one of the most beautiful times to experience our Biodiversity Tour, when the vineyard begins to take on its autumn colours and our flourishing garden is at its seasonal peak. With harvest underway, the garden is full of ingredients ready to be picked, from squash and corn to herbs, vegetables and flowers in bloom.

Your experience begins with a guided walk through the vineyard, leading to our biodiversity garden along the Gaspereau River. Along the way, your knowledgeable host will share the story behind the garden, what’s growing throughout the seasons and how these ingredients make their way into our culinary program.

The experience includes three wine samples thoughtfully paired with the natural setting, along with our own garden-grown popcorn.

Savour a curated tasting of three wines that capture the essence of the Gaspereau Valley. Guided by your host, each sip reveals the vibrant flavours and textures shaped by our practices and coastal climate.

THE GASPEREAU RIVER

Before your leisurely walk back up to the winery, take a moment to relax beside the flowing Gaspereau River. Settle into one of our picnic tables or Adirondack chairs and soak in the picturesque views of the vineyard and surrounding landscape.

We are located just off the beaten path in the heart of the Gaspereau Valley, only a short five-minute drive from the town of Wolfville and one hour from Halifax.

Before or after your tasting, browse our winery retail shop, explore our riverside vineyard with a glass of wine in hand, or sip some sparkling on our open-air terrace while overlooking the gentle slopes of our vineyard.
