This new immersive experience begins with a guided walk through our vineyard, leading to our flourishing biodiversity garden along the Gaspereau River, where squash, corn, flowers, herbs, and more grow in vibrant harmony.

Along the way, your knowledgeable host will share insights into the garden’s purpose, the seasonal ingredients growing within it, and how they’ll be used throughout the year, all while you enjoy three wine samples thoughtfully paired with the natural setting and our own garden-grown popcorn.
