complementary qualities of Cabernet Franc and Gamay.
Ripening earlier than its close sibling Cabernet Sauvignon,
Cabernet Franc thrives in cool climates influenced by
surrounding bodies of water. Equally early ripening, Gamay
offers more fruit and exuberance. Together, they form a
formidable pair combining structure and elegance. Wild Rock is a gentle giant with hints of red fruit and ripe wild berries that will pair perfectly with hearty meals such as bold grilled fares.
