Cloudy and juicy, Pet Nat Rosé adds a dash of co-fermented Cabernet Franc and Gamay to our highly aromatic base of Geisenheim, merging notes of mixed wild berries, melba peaches, and Honeycrisp apples.

TASTING NOTES

In the glass, a hazy salmon colour with shell-pink reflections. On the nose, an expressive bouquet of wild spring flowers, orchard blooms, and freshly cut alpine botanicals are brightened by suggestions of marine salinity. On the palate, the wine is vibrant and lively, with notes of dried apricots, flint, and black currant. The finish is clean and uplifting, vibrating with echoing tonic and mineral undertones.
