In the glass, a pale straw colour with an emerald green hue. On the nose, aromas of pear, freshly baked bread, lemon oil, and butter croissant are energized by hints of flint and pink Himalayan salt. On the palate, this layered and incisive wine is built around a racy spine of acidity and mineral extract. On the finish, a final layer of mineral-driven citrus fruit.

Our 2021 Chardonnay is a passion project crafted
under the guidance of consulting winemaker Alexis
Moore, who brings almost two decades of experience
in creating exceptional, low-intervention Chardonnays
from some of the world's most captivating terroirs.
Our winemaking team's meticulous attention to detail has taken this wine to new heights. Our team pre-selected two parcels months before harvest with the goal of growing fruit specifi cally for still wines. Throughout the viticultural process, we emphasized crop reduction, concentration, and higher sugar content to achieve a wine with exceptional depth, texture, and intensity of flavor. Aged in 500L french demi-muids with a full malolactic fermentation, the result is a complex and delicate wine that will surely become an instant classic mandatory to build upon going forward.
