Cabernet Franc block has triumphed over three
decades of unpredictable climatic swings, showcasing
remarkable agricultural resilience. In 2022, amidst
cooler conditions, we embraced a stylistic choice –
crafting an elevated rosé meticulously aged in our
finest French barrels, undergoing a full malolactic
fermentation in our cellars to impart added lushness.
