In the glass, an elegant wild rose hue. On the nose, aromas of ripe peaches, guava and lychee, hints of orange blossom and white roses. An instantly refreshing palate of citrus, green apple sorbet and honeysuckle gives way to a clean and lively finish.

In the summer of 2008, we at Benjamin Bridge released our very first vintage of Nova 7, a tiny batch of an unassuming yet delicious Muscat-based blend, named in part after its ‘07 harvest year. Little did we know then that this wine intended for casual summer sipping and immediate enjoyment would become an overnight success. Revealing Nova Scotia’s ability to produce wines of unprecedented freshness and vibrancy, our entire small production was sold in just a few hours, with anticipation immediately building for vintages to come. Demand grew exponentially, and within six years, Nova 7 became the top-selling wine in the province thanks to the outpouring of support from Nova Scotians, who warmly embraced the distinct new wine.

Nova Zero is available directly from Benjamin Bridge online and in-person at our Gaspereau Valley winery and at select Sobeys locations throughout Atlantic Canada. Coming soon to the shelves of a local independent grocer near you!
While using the insights we've gained over 25 years of premium winemaking, Nova Zero is not made from dealcoholized wine. Instead, we've used a unique and proprietary process involving Muscat grape must, trace amounts of wine and other natural ingredients to create this inclusive iteration of Nova Scotia's favourite wine.
Nova Zero contains only a trace amount of alcohol (less than 0.5%) in the form of wine added during it's creation to ensure the closest sensory experience possible to it's namesake, Nova 7.
Yes, there is sugar in Nova Zero, all of which is naturally occurring from the Muscat grape must. No added or refined sugars, here!

We recommend serving Nova Zero well-chilled for optimal enjoyment 3ºC). Pour into your favourite glass, or sip straight from the can! Enjoy it on its own or paired with a wide variety of fare. Our suggestions include Mediterranean-inspired salads, lighter proteins, and spicy foods.
