For a limited time, a duo of two stellar Tidal Bay back vintages handpicked by winemaker Jean-Benoit.

'12 Tidal Bay
From its bright colour to vibrant aromatics, this wine is shockingly youthful, defiant, and frozen in time. Its liveliness could pass it as a wine from the 2022 vintage, although the bouquet has become increasingly complex over this decade in the bottle.

'13 Tidal Bay
Crystalline in appearance and full of life. Energetic notes of freshly cut mint and botanicals are interlaced with mouth-watering acidy and saline minerality. Still, to this day, the ultimate refresher, with added layers of textural complexity from the cellar years passing.

FURTHER NOTES

Terroirs from all over the world have been traditionally defined by sensory descriptors unique to place...

often in the form of flavours and aromatics reminiscent of common references such as fruity, floral and earthy tones. But what if other qualities and traits existed that could equally identify and characterize a viticultural area?

For both Nova Scotia and Benjamin Bridge, this could look like the extraordinary ageability and extended cellaring potential of our wines.

This unique feature is indeed 100% climatic and connected to the impact of the Bay of Fundy on the natural preservation of acidity in our grapes. Even the most unsuspected wines cannot escape this blessing, something this mini-vertical of Tidal Bay makes evidently clear.
