In allyship with Glooscap First Nation, Benjamin Bridge will host the fourth annual Beyond Terroir event on Sunday, October 2nd from 12 pm to 3 pm, with support from NSCC's culinary, tourism and hospitality students and instructors.
The event will feature three food stations with Mi'kmaq knowledge holders at each, who will speak on various topics around this year's theme: land first. Guests will be guided through the vineyard where they will experience thoughtful food and drink pairings prepared with ingredients from the vineyard's garden and local producers.
Please note: This event is rain or shine. Guests will walk the stations through the vineyard, so please wear appropriate footwear and clothing. The ticket profits from this event will go to Glooscap First Nation for community youth activities. Purchase of tickets is non-refundable.
