Celebrated Cape Breton Island Chef, Bryan Picard of Bite House, and Benjamin Bridge Chef, Kyla Welton, join together for an intimate and unforgettable dinner in our barrel cellar. This four-course collaborative menu will focus on our fall harvest from the Benjamin Bridge culinary gardens and locally produced and foraged ingredients, featuring pairings hand-picked with attention and care by our winemakers.

Special event tickets may be refunded up to two weeks ahead of the event date. After that point, tickets are transferrable but non-refundable.

BEFORE & AFTER YOUR TASTING

For travel time, we are located just outside Wolfville, 75 minutes from Halifax, Nova Scotia.

After your tasting, you can visit our on-site wine shop to purchase our wines and merchandise, or have a seat on our new wine terrace to enjoy more of our wines by the glass or bottle while overlooking the gentle slopes of our vineyard. Our winery is wheelchair accessible.

Guided by your highly-knowledgeable and dedicated host, tap into the heart of our unique sparkling wine program during this private tasting. This unforgettable 1.5-hour experience is perfect for those who want to explore an in-depth taste of Benjamin Bridge. 

Experience highlights:

  • Dive deep into five of our top sparkling wines, including our highly sought-after and limited Brut Reserve.

  • Each wine is paired perfectly with locally sourced charcuterie and cheese, preserves from our gardens, and honey from our bees.

  • Learn about our distinct winemaking process and the story of Benjamin Bridge, with the opportunity to taste an un-disgorged wine from our cellar. 

  • Visit our barrel room and stroll in our vineyard, where you’ll connect to our philosophies on farming and biodiversity and the benefits of our unique Gaspereau Valley climate.
